In December 2020, our client’s obtained planning permission for the development of 9 properties on the edge of this popular village which lies to the south of the city of Peterborough.
The planning permission obtained is for a mixture of 3 bungalows and 6 detached 3 and 4 bed properties in a cul-de-sac arrangement. Using our innovative construction methods, we started on site in January of 2021 and started the ground works and will complete the works on site in December 2021.
The timber frames were delivered during April and working with our client and the prospective buyers on their individual specifications for their new houses.
We are looking forward to completing this challenging project by the end of this year.
